Sometimes handmade gifts make us the happiest people on Earth. Not only from the point of view of the person receiving this present, but also from the creator’s side, who puts so much love into every detail. When we’re building our handmade gift we tend to imagine the other person’s reaction and the smile on his/her face.
There is so much to be grateful this year, especially with my TEDxCibeles team and that’s why I wanted to build something special with my hands,
– paper of different colors
– and some glue
which resulted in 45 paper pyramids.
Although this postcard will be published in the social networks, while I was building each pyramid I was imagining the people who would be seeing it. For example Dale (the speaker I was in charge of), Lana and her friend Hind from Dubai, and others like Jesus or Asier, who got to see images during the process.
I also thought of people who read this blog from time to time or others who are subscribed and leave their impressions every week. Thanks for reading, commenting and sometimes even emailing. Some of you are from distant countries such as Poland like Wanda, New Zeland like “Gallivanta” and Canada like Rebecca. Other readers come from Spain, Belgium, Germany, Ghana, Argentina, Chile, the US and many more. I feel lucky to have “met” you and enjoy reading your stories.
I hope you like this postcard which was also meant for you.
Merry Christmas everyone 🙂
